Grilling Soft Shell Crabs
http://www.jandwseafoodonline.comLooking for a easy way to prepare and serve Soft Shell Crabs. Grilling Soft Shells is very simple.
Simply clean each soft shell crabs. Brush each side of Soft Shell Crab with olive oil. Sprinkle Sea Salt and Black pepper on each side. Place on hot grill. Depending on temperature of grill, no more than 5 minutes per side. I prepared some grits with cheese served the grilled soft shells on a bed of the grits. Very simple and easy to do.

Fried Soft Shell Crab Recipe
Fried Soft-Shell Crab
Ingredients
1. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 365 degrees F (180 degrees F). In a shallow dish, whisk together the egg and milk using a fork. In a separate bowl, stir salt and pepper into the flour. Lightly salt the crab, then dip in the flour, dip in the egg, then in the flour again.
2. Carefully place crabs into the deep-fryer. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until golden brown on one side. Carefully turn over, and cook until golden on the other side. Drain on paper towels. Serve as soon as they are cool enough to eat. You can eat the whole crab.

Great Recipe for Little Neck Clams
Here is a great Recipe for Little Neck Clams. I will post this to our Recipe Page on the Blog. This is very easy to prepare. My kids actually eat this. Check our Fresh Clams Today
Clams & Garlic with White Wine
Ingredients
Wash clams to remove any dirt or sand.
In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat.
Add garlic; saute for 1 minute, or until tender.
Pour in the white wine. Boil until wine has
reduced to half its original volume.
Add clams, cover, and steam till clams start to
open. Add butter, cover, and cook till most or
all of the clams open. Discard any that do not
open. Transfer clams and juice to 2 large bowls.
Sprinkle with parsley. Can be served with pasta
or a crusty baguette.

- 1 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
